Shipping

We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Postage will be added according to calculated shipping costs. Generally, orders are shipped the same day we receive them. Exceptions are:

• Items received on holidays or after noon on Fridays. Those items will be shipped the following workday.
• Backordered items. You will receive a backorder notice via e-mail. If we expect the items to arrive in our offices within a few days, we will wait to send the entire order when the backordered item(s) arrive. Otherwise, you will receive multiple shipments, the first of which will contain in-stock items, with subsequent shipment(s) containing backordered items.

Most items arrive at their destination within 4 days of ordering. Depending on the method of shipping chosen and the destination, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipments within the U.S., and 7 weeks for international orders.

Returns

Terms are 30 days from the time of shipment from our office in Montgomery.

Defective items will be replaced at no charge. In most instances we do not require the return of defective materials. Please call our office to report the problem and to receive instructions.

Returns of overstocked items will be accepted for refund, provided: (a) the items are in good condition; (b) the items do not predate the edition listed in our current catalog; and (c) a copy of the original invoice is enclosed with the return.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
