Jeff holds a B.S. in Physical Science from Freed-Hardeman University, and a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, with an emphasis in Thermal Science. He is currently engaged in doctoral work in Mechanical Engineering at Auburn University, where he also serves as an engineering course instructor, teaching courses in Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and Heat Transfer, as well as Statics and Dynamics. His academic honors include membership in several honor societies, including Pi Tau Sigma Mechanical Engineering Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society, Alphi Chi National Honor Society, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers as well as the National Society of Professional Engineers, and has participated in presentations at the Institute of Navigation Global Navigation Satellite Systems Conference as well as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Bioengineering Conference.
